After the dress is secured in the front, it wraps around and is then tied in the back. The pants have an elastic waistband and a ruffle at the bottom. This outfit will be made to order using the colors you choose from the materials I have at the time of the order. Color coordinated bows to be worn in the hair or as part of the outfit are also available.
